For clients with greater needs Katharine Brown received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas and, along with her skills in marketing, advertising, interior design, sales, negotiations, telecommunications, and real estate, has extensive hands-on knowledge and expertise in working with government licensing and regulatory agencies. She lives in the Minneapolis Fulton Neighborhood and is Vice President of the Fulton Neighborhood Association (FNA) Board. She has her Graduate Real Estate Institute Certification (GRI) and is a member of the Minneapolis Association of REALTORS. She is also a Coldwell Banker University AMP graduate whose personal service, negotiating skills, and professional knowledge give her the skillset to represent both buyers and sellers.
